Ride to the Races- Moto Business Promotion and Motorcycling FUN!

Dealers- want to take some of the hassle and expense out of your demo-riding plan?  Consider  the innovative, fun, Ride to the Races program.  Provide demo rides in a more controlled environment than city streets and have your customers and potential customers defray some of the cost of your dealership’s demo rides.   You’ll also gain a new presence in the regional motorcycling community and promote your business to the largest and growing motorcycle road-racing group in the country while providing a FUN day of motorcycling activities.  Just ask the satisfied patrons of our four previous Rides how they enjoyed their day.  They’re still talking about it!

When you decide to have your own Ride to the Races, this website (click here or here for a sample page) will be customized for your business and inquiries can be directed there for all the details.  The Ride to the Races program gets you 100 tickets giving patrons access to the Loudon Road Racing Series action over the entire grounds of New Hampshire International Speedway, including the paddock area.  In addition, patrons get a few “parade” laps on the racetrack, your business will be the named sponsor of the purse-paying Pro “Dash for Cash” race and you get multiple announcements over the N.H.I.S. public address system listing your business as the sponsor of that day’s Dash for Cash along with whatever you may wish to add in the way of advertisements or promotions your business may be offering.   You are also invited to set up any kind of booth or exhibit on the grounds to promote or make sales of your merchandise during the day.  With over 1,000 people as participants and crew at L.R.R.S. races it is one of the largest consistent gatherings of motorcycle nuts in New England.

Ride to the Races provides the aforementioned website customization for your business’s ride, a support van & trailer for the ride to the racetrack, organizes and leads the ride to the racetrack, guides your customers once on the N.H.I.S. grounds, provides for lunch at the track and promotional activities to help your Ride to be a success.

How do you defray demo ride plan costs?  We have found that motorcyclists will gladly pay for a day of motorcycling fun such as we are able to provide with this program.  There is no more inexpensive way for a motorcyclist to experience laps on the racetrack and have the opportunity to demo ride in the safer, controlled environment of the city-like paved streets of the New Hampshire International Speedway grounds.  Demo riders need never leave the 400 acres of private property and will not be disappointed using the N.H.I.S. road system for their demo rides which supports parking for over 40,000 vehicles.

Sponsorship of the Loudon Road Racing Series “Dash for Cash” is the key to this program.  The L.R.R.S. feels that Motorcycle Road Racing is as exciting as any other motor sport or more so and it is under-appreciated by motorcyclists and motor sports fans in general.  They have offered the sponsorship opportunity as a win-win situation for the LRRS and moto businesses throughout New England.  Ride to the Races was formed to assist you in taking advantage of this program and to work with you to produce an event worthy of inviting your customers and potential customers to enjoy. Ride to the Races will not rely on your customer base alone for patrons, we will actively seek to promote your ride to the general motorcycling public to maximize promotion and revenue from the event.   Revenue from a sufficient number of patrons can completely cover all expenses, your business need only lend its endorsement of the Ride and demo bikes.  Ride to the Races can even do the hauling of your demo machines to the track if you desire.

Your moto business will benefit from the target market exposure, the easy, safer demo plan miles and become a name known to New England motorcyclists as one who supports the sport for what it’s all about, FUN!

The schedule of L.R.R.S. races for each year is usually available before Jan. 1., reserve your favorite date early!  See below for 2007 dates.
